I request any small or one-day fishing vessels already at sea to return safely to shore as soon as possible. As wind speeds are expected to increase further during the night, I strongly urge all fishermen not to take unnecessary risks under any circumstances.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Department further advises the public to remain alert to future announcements issued by the Department of Fisheries and the Department of Meteorology and to act responsibly to safeguard lives and
